Datasets describing the morphometric evaluation of the adult rat mandible following growth stimulation of the condyle using ultrasound

Herein the data associated to the manuscript with the same title submitted to "Data in Brief" journal is provided. Sheet one presents the data used for calculating the error of measurements and intra-class correlation coefficient (ICC) test. Sheet two is the data from different groups which compared using generalized estimating equation (GEE). The results of the statistical analysis are available in "Tables 2 and 3" in the manuscript.
