Clinical Pharmacist Service Model

The Clinical Pharmacist Service Model is based on knowledge shared during engagement luncheons and talking circles conducted over a three-year period. The complete findings from community engagement can be found in the Final Community Engagement Report. This is the five-year action plan that Lu’ma Medical Centre has committed to implementing through Indigicare Medicines pharmacy. These services will be rolled out in stages as Indigicare Medicines grows and the team expands. This model may also serve as an example for Indigenous communities, Indigenous organizations, or pharmacies looking to implement their own clinical service models.

临床药师服务模式（Clinical Pharmacist Service Model）基于三年间通过参与式午餐会与交流圈所分享的知识构建而成。本次社区参与活动的完整调研结果可查阅《社区参与最终报告》。此为卢马医疗中心（Lu’ma Medical Centre）承诺通过Indigicare Medicines药房落地执行的五年行动计划。随着Indigicare Medicines的业务扩张与团队扩容，该项服务将分阶段逐步推行。该模式亦可作为原住民社区、原住民组织或有意搭建自有临床服务模式的药房的参考范本。
