Understanding the genetic bases of vegetative incompatibility is beneficial for resolving some problems that are associated with the production of Morchella importuna, such as crossbreeding, strain classification, and pathogen transmission. Here, we detected the association SNP and small InDel sites based on bulk analyses of vegetative incompatible segregant strains and whole-genome sequencing (BSA-Seq) to locate vegetative incompatibility related genes in Morchella importuna. The sequencing data revealed how SNP and small InDel sites are distributed in the genome.
阐明营养体不亲和性的遗传基础,有助于解决梯棱羊肚菌(Morchella importuna)栽培生产中面临的杂交育种、菌株分类及病原菌传播等相关问题。本研究通过对营养体不亲和性分离菌株开展混合样本分析结合全基因组测序(BSA-Seq),检测关联单核苷酸多态性(Single Nucleotide Polymorphism,SNP)与小插入缺失(Insertion-Deletion,InDel)位点,以此定位梯棱羊肚菌中与营养体不亲和性相关的基因。测序数据揭示了单核苷酸多态性与小插入缺失位点在基因组中的分布规律。
