Soil aggregates are the basic structure of soil. In order to reveal the distribution characteristics of soil aggregates and the response of their stability to long-term vegetation restoration in southwest Karst, the karst region and its succession transversal after ecological restoration in Caohai Nature Reserve, Weining, Guizhou, were taken as the research object and combined with the homogenous garden experiment. GLMM(Generalized linear mixture model) and structural equation model were used to analyze the mechanism of vegetation restoration on the stability of soil aggregates.
土壤团聚体是土壤的基本结构单元。为揭示西南喀斯特地区土壤团聚体的分布特征及其稳定性对长期植被恢复的响应,本研究以贵州威宁草海自然保护区生态修复后的喀斯特区域及其演替序列为研究对象,结合同质园试验,采用广义线性混合模型(Generalized linear mixture model,GLMM)与结构方程模型,分析植被恢复对土壤团聚体稳定性的作用机制。
