Saccharomyces cerevisiae industrial strain genome sequencing

Sequencing of several industrial strains of the yeast Saccharomyces cerevisiae, in order to understand which genetic polymorphisms may be involved in the phenotypes that make them suited for their particular uses. Includes two brewing strains and one distillers strain.
