CRISPR screen targeting druggable genes in 4T1 mouse cells

4T1 mouse tumor cells were screened with a CRISPR library concurrently in vivo in both SCID and immunocompetent mice. Screens were also carried out in vitro.

本研究利用CRISPR文库（CRISPR library），同时在重症联合免疫缺陷（SCID）小鼠与免疫健全小鼠（immunocompetent mice）体内对4T1小鼠肿瘤细胞开展筛选；此外还完成了体外筛选实验。
