Objective To analyze the research hotspots and trends of artificial intelligence in the diagnosis and treatment of prostate cancer.Methods The literature source was Web of Science database, and all the literature related to prostate cancer and artificial intelligence was searched. VOSviewer and Cite Space were used for visual analysis including authors, journals, countries, institutions, keywords, etc.Results A total of 605 literatures were used for visual analysis, and the number of publications in this field showed an increasing trend. The annual number of publications increased exponentially after 2017 (reaching 129 papers in 2024). The United States led the research output (184 papers, 30.4%), followed by China but with low citation volume. Keywords co-occurrence and emergence analysis showed that research focused on MRI radiomics (such as PI-RADS automation), deep learning-driven biopsy optimization and multimodal data integration, and emerging trends pointed to the intersection of artificial intelligence and immunotherapy response prediction. The institutional cooperation network showed that the University of British Columbia and Shanghai Jiaotong University were high-yield institutions, but cross-regional cooperation still needed to be strengthened.Conclusions AI is promoting the development of precision diagnosis and treatment of prostate cancer. In the future, multi-center clinical validation, interpretable model development and ethical standards should be paid attention to to promote technology transformation.

目的 分析人工智能(Artificial Intelligence)在前列腺癌诊疗中的研究热点与趋势。 方法 文献来源为Web of Science数据库,检索所有涉及前列腺癌与人工智能的相关文献。采用VOSviewer与Cite Space工具对作者、期刊、国家、机构、关键词等维度进行可视化分析。 结果 共纳入605篇文献进行可视化分析,该领域的发文量呈增长趋势。2017年后年度发文量呈指数级上升(2024年达129篇)。美国在研究产出中居首(184篇,占比30.4%),中国紧随其后但被引量较低。关键词共现与突现分析显示,研究聚焦于MRI影像组学(MRI radiomics,如PI-RADS自动化)、深度学习驱动的活检优化及多模态数据整合,新兴趋势指向人工智能与免疫治疗反应预测的交叉领域。机构合作网络显示,英属哥伦比亚大学与上海交通大学为高产机构,但跨区域合作仍需加强。 结论 人工智能正在推动前列腺癌精准诊疗的发展。未来应关注多中心临床验证、可解释模型开发及伦理规范,以促进技术转化。
