This data set contains example videos from the experiments discussed in Yasamin Motamedi's doctoral thesis: "Artificial sign language learning: a method for evolutionary linguistics". The videos correspond to three main experiments, described in the video guide. Videos correspond to video stills shown in the text of the thesis, and video labels denote the chapter, participant and gesture meaning the video refers to.
