Results of the analysis of association between VAGs and unitigs belonging to the ColV plasmid at the genus level according to their predicted location. These results were obtained from a previous GWAS performed on 370 strains of <em>Escherichia </em>(PMID: 33112851). These data were used to draw the figure S6.
