Combination of EZH2 inhibitor and STING agonist in melanoma cell lines

为更好地解析EZH2抑制剂（EZH2 inhibitor）与STING激动剂（STING agonist）联合疗法对人黑色素瘤细胞的影响，本研究通过RNA测序（RNA sequencing）探究转录组变化。本次实验针对2株黑色素瘤细胞系，在其经GSK126、di-ABZI单药或联合处理后开展RNA测序。
