RAD-Seq of Tasmanian Dasyurus maculatus

548 spotted-tailed quolls (Dasyurus maculatus) were sequenced using single-digest RAD-seq (sbfI restriction enzyme). Individuals were collected across the island of Tasmania, Australia, over a 15-year period. The aim of the study was to identify the abiotic and biotic environmental drivers of gene flow and selection.
