Excel Raw Data-ICBT for PMS

We provide data generated in a randomized controlled trial carried out at residence halls of the Tabriz University of Medical Sciences. The study was conducted to investigate the effect of Internet-based cognitive-behavioral therapy (ICBT) on symptom severity and quality of life of Iranian female university students suffering from premenstrual syndrome (PMS). Moreover, the PMS-related disability and attitude toward menstruation were investigated. Internet-based cognitive-behavioral therapy with 92 female university students was included.

本数据集源自一项在大不里士医科大学（Tabriz University of Medical Sciences）学生宿舍开展的随机对照试验所生成的研究数据。本研究旨在探讨基于互联网的认知行为疗法（Internet-based cognitive-behavioral therapy, ICBT）对罹患经前期综合征（premenstrual syndrome, PMS）的伊朗女大学生的症状严重程度与生活质量的影响。此外，本研究还考察了经前期综合征相关功能障碍及受试者对月经的态度。本次研究共纳入92名女性大学生参与该基于互联网的认知行为疗法干预。
