The aim of the study was to determine the flow properties of serial connection of pneumatic components.The experiments were to measure the pressure changes in a being emptied tank for a directional control valve and a silencer arranged in-line. Three test configurations were used: (1) being emptied tank -> DCV -> ambient atmosphere, (2) pressure source -> S -> being filled tank, (3) being emptied tank -> DCV -> S -> ambient atmosphere. So, three data files are included in the dataset. Each data file has a header where parameters of experiment are given. Additionally, for the elements analised, catalogue flow properties are given by means of sonic conductance and critical pressure ratio. The given data allow to verify calculation procedures for determination of flow properties of pneumatic components arranged in-line.
本研究旨在确定气动元件串联连接的流动特性。本实验针对串联布置的换向控制阀(Directional Control Valve,DCV)与消声器(Silencer,S),测量排空储气罐内的压力变化。本次实验采用三种测试构型:(1) 排空储气罐 -> 换向控制阀(DCV) -> 大气环境;(2) 压力气源 -> 消声器(S) -> 充压储气罐;(3) 排空储气罐 -> 换向控制阀(DCV) -> 消声器(S) -> 大气环境。本数据集共包含三份数据文件,每份数据文件均附带实验参数表头。此外,针对所分析的元件,数据集通过音速导纳与临界压比给出了其产品样本中的流动特性参数。本次提供的实验数据可用于验证串联布置气动元件流动特性的计算流程。
