Foraminiferal assemblages in the Hardangerfjord, western Norway

Occurrence data of living benthic foraminifera (>63µm) in the Hardangerfjord, collected in 1996. The samples were collected during an environmental monitoring cruise in Hardangerfjorden. Foraminiferal assemblage ananlyses were undertaken by the Department of Geociences, University of Oslo. The study provided new insights into the foraminiferal diversity in the Hardangerfjord. Samples were taken from gravity core tops or grab samples. The data represent the occurrence of living benthic foraminifera in the upper sediment centimeter (0-1cm).1996年采集的哈当厄尔峡湾（Hardangerfjord）活体底栖有孔虫（benthic foraminifera，粒径＞63μm）出现数据。样本采集自该峡湾的一次环境监测航次。有孔虫组合分析由奥斯陆大学地球科学系（Department of Geosciences, University of Oslo）完成。本研究为哈当厄尔峡湾的有孔虫多样性研究提供了新的见解。样本取自重力岩心顶部或抓斗样品。本数据集记录了沉积物表层0-1厘米范围内的活体底栖有孔虫出现情况。
