a total of eight clinically healthy 3 month-olds male of Jianzhou Da'er kids (Capra hircus) with the similar weight were raised on a usual farm with age-appropriate temperature, humidity levels, and a standard control diet, and then randomly distributed into two groups: (1) an uninfected control group (CK) and (2) an infected group challenged with P. multocida strains provided by College of Life Science and Technology, Southwest Minzu University (Chengdu, Sichuan, China).
本研究共计选取8只临床健康、体重相近的3月龄雄性简州大耳羔羊(Capra hircus,家山羊),于常规农场中饲养,饲养环境的温度、湿度适配其日龄需求,日粮采用标准对照日粮;随后将受试羊随机分为两组:(1) 未感染对照组(CK);(2) 感染组,其攻毒所用多杀性巴氏杆菌(P. multocida)菌株由中国四川省成都市西南民族大学(Southwest Minzu University)生命科学与技术学院提供。
