This processed dataset is associated with the study “Osteopontin-4 (OPN-4) suppresses proliferation and migration and potentiates sorafenib response in c643 anaplastic thyroid carcinoma cell line.” The dataset includes results from cell proliferation and viability assays, migration and invasion assays, cell death and cell cycle analyses, as well as experiments performed in 3D culture conditions combined with a microfluidic device. Additionally, the dataset contains data regarding the cellular response to sorafenib treatment in the context of OPN-4 expression modulation in the c643 cell line.
All experiments were conducted in duplicate or triplicate, with at least three independent biological replicates. The Excel file is organized into sheets identified according to the corresponding figures presented in the article, providing essential experimental information to support data interpretation and reuse.

本加工数据集隶属于题为《骨桥蛋白-4（Osteopontin-4，OPN-4）抑制c643间变性甲状腺癌细胞系的增殖与迁移并增强索拉非尼应答》的研究。本数据集涵盖细胞增殖与活力检测、迁移及侵袭实验、细胞死亡与细胞周期分析的相关结果，以及在3D培养条件下结合微流控装置开展的实验数据。此外，数据集还包含c643细胞系中OPN-4表达调控背景下，细胞对索拉非尼治疗应答的相关数据。
