Nanopore basecalled and modcalled data (Part 10 of the HG002–HG007 dataset)

This dataset comprises nanopore sequencing data from the human reference samples HG002–HG007. For each sample, we provide both basecalled reads and corresponding modified-base calls (“modcalled” data).

本数据集包含源自人类参考样本HG002–HG007的纳米孔测序（nanopore sequencing）数据。针对每个样本，我们均提供经碱基识别的读段（basecalled reads）以及对应的修饰碱基识别结果（modified-base calls，即“modcalled”数据）。
