本数据集包含基于RNA测序（RNAseq）的指标分析结果与可视化内容，用于评估油类及油分散剂处理对墨西哥湾真核浮游植物自然群落的影响。更多细节可参见Finkel等人（2020）的研究。本次提供的文件如下：1) 补充图1：基于KrakenUniq算法结合PR2 18S数据库，对四种处理条件下的群落组成进行Krona可视化结果。包含两份文件，分别对应全长18S序列计数和仅V4区域序列计数的可视化数据。2) 补充表1：涵盖所有重复样本与处理组的KrakenUniq计数（未标准化）与每百万转录本数（Transcripts Per Million，TPM，已标准化）的完整表格，每个分类单元占一行。分类学信息取自PR2数据库。该部分同样包含两份文件，分别对应全长18S序列计数和仅V4区域序列计数的表格数据。
