电子化儿童疾病综合管理项目评价研究

本研究主题为比较和评价使用电子化儿童疾病综合管理平台（干预）和传统方式（对照）进行基层医生培训和诊疗的效果。数据收集旨在通过整群随机对照试验的设计和规范的统计分析验证如下假设：本研究假设在传统儿童疾病综合管理实践上进行创新可能会减少卫生工作者的工作量和劳动力成本，并借助集成的数字化儿童疾病综合管理和在线学习系统来确保农村地区儿童疾病综合管理实施的质量提升。数据分析结果将为儿童疾病数字化综合管理提供证据支持。本课题通过问卷收集参与的基层医生一般特征信息，通过诊疗效果评估表收集患者的基本特征及疾病诊断治疗相关信息。针对效果评估这一研究目标，包含24名医生（性别、年龄、受教育水平）信息及72名患者的数据（患儿年龄、性别、疾病类型等）。The theme of this study is to compare and evaluate the effectiveness of training primary care physicians and their clinical practice using the electronic Integrated Management of Childhood Illness (eIMCI) platform (intervention group) versus traditional methods (control group). Data collection aims to verify the following hypothesis through the design of a cluster randomized controlled trial and standard statistical analysis: this study hypothesizes that innovation in traditional IMCI practices may reduce the workload and labor costs of health workers, and ensure improved quality of IMCI implementation in rural areas by leveraging an integrated digital IMCI and online learning system. The results of data analysis will provide evidence to support the digital integrated management of childhood illnesses. This project collects general characteristics of participating primary care physicians via questionnaires, and gathers basic patient characteristics and information related to disease diagnosis and treatment through clinical effectiveness evaluation forms. For the research objective of effectiveness evaluation, the dataset includes information of 24 physicians (gender, age, educational level) and data of 72 patients (child age, gender, disease type, etc.).
