为探究牙尖模式形成（cuspal patterning）与细胞增殖、凋亡通路的关联，本研究对比分析了小鼠与沙鼠牙胚的基因表达谱。整体实验设计：针对牙齿发育过程中小鼠与沙鼠釉结（enamel knot）区域的RNA测序（RNA-seq）数据，开展对比基因表达谱分析。
