Transcriptome of oligodendrocytes

The samples were prepared to investigate whether the accumulation of a-synuclein have effects on the transcriptomes of oligodendrocytes. hNSC-derived oligodendrocytes were treated with either control media or a-synuclein-containing media. GSTPi positive cells isolated from WT or hA53T Tg mice were collected from the white matter.

本研究制备样本旨在探究α-突触核蛋白（α-synuclein）的聚集是否会对少突胶质细胞（oligodendrocytes）的转录组（transcriptome）产生影响。将人类神经干细胞（hNSC）来源的少突胶质细胞分别以对照培养基或含α-突触核蛋白的培养基进行处理。从野生型（WT）或hA53T转基因（hA53T Tg）小鼠的白质中分离得到谷胱甘肽S-转移酶π（GSTPi）阳性细胞并完成收集。
