GBS Data from Wilkerson et al., 2021

GBS data used in the research article titled, "Mapping the sex determination region in the <i>Salix</i> F₁hybrid common parent population confirms a ZW system in six diverse species" by Wilkerson et al., submitted to G3. The nine included hapmap files were used in an analysis of population structure of the entire population and the construction of parental linkage maps.

本数据集为已投稿至G3期刊的Wilkerson等人的研究论文《柳属（Salix）F₁杂交通用亲本群体性别决定区域定位验证6个不同物种的ZW性别决定系统》中所使用的测序分型（Genotyping-by-Sequencing，GBS）数据。本数据集包含的9个单倍型图谱（Hapmap）文件被用于对整个研究群体的群体结构分析以及亲本连锁图谱的构建。
