The uncultured Prokaryotic population and metagenome data of sea-water in the Northwest Pacific Ocean near RE guyot

The environmental DNA was used as PCR template and bacterial 16S rRNA genes were amplified using primers 338F and 806R targeted the V3-V4 regions of the 16S rRNA genes used for amplification. Also, the metagenomic sequencing was performed to obtain more functional genes information about the same samples.

本研究以环境DNA（environmental DNA）作为聚合酶链式反应（PCR）模板，利用引物338F和806R靶向扩增细菌16S核糖体RNA（16S rRNA）基因的V3-V4可变区，该引物对专为扩增16S rRNA基因而设计。此外，对同一批样品开展宏基因组测序（metagenomic sequencing），以获取更多功能基因相关信息。
