Diatom-like (Pennate group) Chl a-specific IOPs for Deffs 12, 24, 48, 60 micron, and intracellular chl a densities of 2, 5 and 8 kg per m3. IOPs derived from measured in vivo absorption and modelled using a two-layered spherical geometry.
本数据集包含类硅藻（羽纹纲类群）的叶绿素a特异性固有光学特性（Inherent Optical Properties，IOPs），其对应样本满足：Deffs粒径为12、24、48、60微米，且细胞内叶绿素a密度分别为2、5、8 kg/m³。该固有光学特性由实测活体吸收光谱推导得出，并通过双层球形几何模型完成建模。
