Bioreactor studies of terrestrial deep subsurface microorganisms with OHD-product experimental treatment

A mixed microbial culture was acquired in produced water from oil well Alba 1-21C4 in the Uinta Basin of Utah. An eight bioreactor study design was used to observe the effect of an OHD-processed corn cob liquid on sediment-filled bioreactors inoculated with Alba 1-21C4 organisms (n=4) and bioreactors not inoculated in this way (n=4).

本研究从美国犹他州尤因塔盆地阿尔巴1-21C4油井的采出水中分离得到混合微生物培养物。本研究采用8组生物反应器的实验设计，以观测经OHD处理的玉米芯浸出液对填充沉积物生物反应器的影响：其中4组反应器接种阿尔巴1-21C4源微生物（n=4），另外4组未采用该方式接种（n=4）。
