A Business Model Approach to Port Ecosystem

With digitalization and the emergence of disruptive technologies, organizations should re-structure their business models within their ecosystems to achieve sustainable revenue and value creation. This paper presents a business model configuration for ecosystem contexts by using the port ecosystem as an example. The paper concludes with the 4C business model typology and the role of players in the port ecosystem.

随着数字化（digitalization）与颠覆性技术（disruptive technologies）的兴起，各类组织需在其生态系统（ecosystem）内重构商业模式，以实现可持续的收入与价值创造。本文以港口生态系统（port ecosystem）为例，提出了适用于生态系统场景的商业模式配置方案。研究最终归纳出4C商业模式类型学（4C business model typology），并阐述了港口生态系统中各参与方的角色。
