This dataset contains images of Arabidopsis shoot apical meristems expressing cell cycle reporters. These images have been used to study how cell cycle progression is coordinated with cell growth in plants. The images have been segmented in three dimensions and tracked in time course experiments; cell volumes, position in the meristem and expression level of reporter genes have been measured.
