Hysteresis in the response of ecosystem respiration to temperature mediated by seasonal precipitation

The sheet "Fig1" in the file <i>Fig_data</i> contains data on the direction and spatial distribution of ER hysteresis across 324 global sites. The sheet "Fig2&amp;3" provides the datasets used for assessing factor importance and constructing structural equation models. The MATLAB script <i>Calculates_Delta_ER</i> was used to identify warming and cooling seasons at each site and determine ΔER.
