More information can be found in the README sheet.brm_funspace.R - This code is meant to provide a wrapper to the original funspaceGAM function in the funspace package of R. The main goal is to provide a way to incorporate the model fitting from a Bayesian multinomial regression model with smoothing splines (package brms) into the original function that relies on the package mgcv, which itself does not allow for generalized additive models with multinomial families.brm_model.rds & funspace_data.rds - Results from the Bayesian regression and the functional space analysis as a R Data Serialization file (.rds), to speed-up the code and avoiding excessive computation time.<br><br>
