GBM MRI with segmented ROI

This dataset contains normalized MRI data of 74 GBM patients from the Cancer Imaging Archive (including T1-weighted, T2-weighted, T2-weighted FLAIR and T1-weighted gadolinium contrast-enhanced. Each patient with a TCGA number.) and corresponding segmented tumor areas (the whole tumor area and the solid tumor core).
