We investigate the molecular signatures of murine memory T regulatory cells in recurrent malaria episodes. We use a multi-omic approach, namely, single-cell RNA profiling and DNA methylation profiling, to gain deeper insights into the molecular factors associated with the transition of memory T regulatory cells to Tfh-like effectors cells after infection with Plasmodium chaubaudi chaubaudi, an etiological agent of rodent malaria.
本研究探讨了复发性疟疾发作过程中小鼠记忆性调节性T细胞(memory T regulatory cells)的分子特征。我们采用多组学方法,即单细胞RNA谱分析与DNA甲基化谱分析,以深入解析感染查氏疟原虫查氏亚种(Plasmodium chaubaudi chaubaudi,一种啮齿类疟疾致病原)后,记忆性调节性T细胞向滤泡辅助T细胞样效应细胞转化相关的分子因素。
