To evaluate the role of Mat2a in the wound healing, we generated the Mat2a KO mouse. We investigate the changes in wound healing process between the Mat2a KO mouse and WT mouse. Wound margin tissues of three Mat2a KO and WT mouse were collected, and diagested for single-cell sequencing analysis.
为探究Mat2a在伤口愈合中的作用,我们构建了Mat2a基因敲除(knockout, KO)小鼠模型。我们针对Mat2a KO小鼠与野生型(wild type, WT)小鼠的伤口愈合过程变化开展了研究。我们收集了3只Mat2a KO小鼠与3只WT小鼠的伤口边缘组织,经消化处理后进行单细胞测序分析。
