本成果属于木材科学与技术领域,涉及生物质资源综合利用和循环利用。研究以稻/麦秸秆为原料,以不含甲醛的异氰酸酯为胶粘剂,制造环保型人造板的技术,并实现产业化。 成果研究了麦秸秆人造板制造的基础理论、工艺技术和成套设备 填补了我国在秸秆人造板领域的技术空白 获得了麦秸秆人造板制造技术的自主知识产权。 本项成果的推广,有力的推动了建材、化工、家具生产和机械制造等行业的科技进步和技术的跨越式发展,促进了产品升级换代,增强了企业竞争力。 成果的完成解决了麦秸表皮难以胶合的难题,利用该成果中的技术制造的秸秆板不含甲醛,开辟了由农业剩余物制造无醛、环保生物质材料的道路 对可再生生物质资源的环保、循环利用发展意义重大。 本项成果的推广有巨大的经济效益:一条年产5万m3的秸秆人造板生产线,年创产值1.0亿元,创利润1000万元,创税收 1500万元,农民售草收入1200万元。全国年产稻麦秸秆4亿吨,若取其1%(400万吨)制造人造板,折合300万m3,需建60条年产5万m3的秸秆人造板生产线。则全年可创产值60亿元,创利润6.0亿元,创税收9.0亿元。同时农民通过售草收入7.2亿元。 同时社会效益也非常显著:有利于节省森林资源——每2亩农田的秸秆就相当于1亩林地一年的木材生长量 有利于解决秸秆的出路问题——杜绝农民焚烧秸秆,维护了生态环境,使我国丰富的稻麦秸秆资源得到合理利用 有利于营造卫生安全的民居环境——向社会提供了一种不含甲醛的绿色材料 有利于促进农业产业结构调整——帮助农民增收和就业,推动了“三农”问题的解决。

This achievement belongs to the field of wood science and technology, focusing on the comprehensive and circular utilization of biomass resources. It conducts research on the technology for manufacturing environment-friendly wood-based panels using rice and wheat straw as raw material and formaldehyde-free isocyanate as the adhesive, and has realized industrialization. The achievement conducted research on the basic theories, process technologies and complete sets of equipment for wheat straw wood-based panel manufacturing, filling the technical gap in the field of straw wood-based panels in China, and obtained independent intellectual property rights for wheat straw wood-based panel manufacturing technology. The promotion of this achievement has strongly promoted scientific and technological progress and leapfrog development of industries including building materials, chemical engineering, furniture production and machinery manufacturing, accelerated product upgrading, and enhanced enterprise competitiveness. The completion of this achievement solved the long-standing challenge of poor adhesion of wheat straw epidermis. The straw board manufactured using the technology in this achievement contains no formaldehyde, opening up a new pathway for producing formaldehyde-free, environmentally friendly biomass materials from agricultural residues, which is of great significance to the environmentally friendly and circular utilization and development of renewable biomass resources. The promotion of this achievement brings substantial economic benefits: A straw wood-based panel production line with an annual output of 50,000 m³ can generate an annual output value of 100 million yuan, a profit of 10 million yuan, and tax revenue of 15 million yuan, as well as 12 million yuan in income for farmers from selling straw. China annually produces 400 million tons of rice and wheat straw. If 1% (4 million tons) of this amount is used to manufacture wood-based panels, equivalent to 3 million m³, 60 straw wood-based panel production lines each with an annual output of 50,000 m³ will be required. This will result in an annual total output value of 6 billion yuan, a profit of 600 million yuan, and tax revenue of 900 million yuan. Meanwhile, farmers will earn 720 million yuan from selling straw. The social benefits are also notable: It helps conserve forest resources—straw from 2 mu of farmland is equivalent to the annual wood growth of 1 mu of forest land. It helps address the straw disposal issue—by banning farmers from burning straw, it protects the ecological environment and enables the rational utilization of China's abundant rice and wheat straw resources. It helps create a hygienic and safe residential environment by providing the society with formaldehyde-free green materials. It promotes the adjustment of the agricultural industrial structure—helping farmers increase their income and create employment opportunities, thus advancing the resolution of the "three rural issues" (agriculture, rural development and farmers' livelihoods).
