This FAIRsharing record describes: Minimal information about Adaptive Immune Receptor Repertoire (MiAIRR) is a checklist of minimally required information that we recommend journals adopt, and that could form the requirements for submission to a public data repository. AIRR sequencing studies apply high-throughput sequencing technologies to profile B cell receptors (BCRs) and T cell receptors (TCRs). The standards were developed by the AIRR Community (http://airr-community.org) Minimal Standards Working Group.
