A mapping population was constructed from the cross 'Maor' x 'Perennial'. The F2 progeny were genotyped by RFLP, RAPD, and AFLP markers. Each F2 plant was selfed to produce an F3 family for QTL analysis.本研究以‘Maor’与‘Perennial’为亲本配置杂交组合，构建了作图群体（mapping population）。对该组合衍生的F2后代，采用限制性片段长度多态性（Restriction Fragment Length Polymorphism, RFLP）、随机扩增多态性DNA（Random Amplified Polymorphic DNA, RAPD）以及扩增片段长度多态性（Amplified Fragment Length Polymorphism, AFLP）标记进行基因型鉴定。每一株F2植株均通过自交获得F3家系，用于数量性状位点（Quantitative Trait Locus, QTL）分析。
