本研究采用转录组测序（transcriptome sequencing）技术，分析3个大麦品种在感染与未感染条件下的基因表达差异。整体实验设计：针对感染大麦黄花叶病毒（BaYMV）和/或大麦轻性花叶病毒（BaMMV）的大麦叶片以及抗病大麦叶片的RNA-seq数据开展比较基因表达谱分析。
