Impaired gene expression in ATRX-depleted cells following interferon signaling

We investigated the role of the chromatin remodeling protein ATRX on ISG expression upon stimulation with IFN-β utilizing doxycycline-inducible ATRX knockdown cells. Examination of differential gene expression by RNA-seq in human foreskin fibroblasts (doxycycline-inducible ATRX knockdown cells and control cells) treated with IFN-β.

本研究利用多西环素诱导的ATRX（ATRX）敲低细胞，探究了染色质重塑蛋白ATRX在干扰素β（IFN-β）刺激下对干扰素刺激基因（Interferon Stimulated Gene，ISG）表达的调控作用；并通过RNA测序（RNA-seq），对经IFN-β处理的人包皮成纤维细胞（包含多西环素诱导的ATRX敲低细胞与对照细胞）开展差异基因表达分析。
