Physical oceanography during UTHÖRN cruise UT201606 (HAB-DK/Limfjord)

Data presented here were collected during the cruise UT201606 (Project HAB DK/Limfjord) with the RV Uthörn from Bremerhaven to Bremerhaven (June 13, 2016 to June 30, 2016) , with station work in the German Bight, the Limfjord and the Baltic Sea. In total, 44 vertical CTD-hauls were conducted. The CTD system used was a Sea-Bird Electronics Inc. SBE 19plus, attached to a SBE 55 Carousel Water Sampler containing 6 x 4-liter bottles. The system was equipped with: single temperature and conductivity probe (SBE 7245), a pressure sensor (Digiquartz), and a fluoroscence sensor (Wetlabs FLNTU, SN 0773). The sensors were pre-calibrated by the manufacturers. The data were recorded with the Seasave 7.22.2 software and processed using SeaBird SBE Data Processing software. Data were despiked, and also visually checked. The ship position was derived from the shipboard GPS-system. The time zone is given in UTC.

本次公开的数据采集自UT201606航次（HAB DK/利姆峡湾项目），由“乌特恩号”科研考察船（RV Uthörn）执行，航次往返于不来梅港（2016年6月13日至6月30日），作业站位覆盖德国湾、利姆峡湾与波罗的海。本次航次共完成44次垂直CTD（温盐深剖面仪）拖曳采样作业。所用CTD系统为Sea-Bird Electronics Inc.生产的SBE 19plus型设备，搭载配有6个4升采样瓶的SBE 55型旋转式采水器。该系统配备：单通道温度与电导率探头（SBE 7245）、压力传感器（Digiquartz）以及荧光传感器（Wetlabs FLNTU，序列号SN 0773）。所有传感器均由厂商完成预先校准。数据通过Seasave 7.22.2软件记录，并采用SeaBird SBE数据处理软件进行后期处理。数据已完成尖峰剔除与人工目视检查。船舶位置通过船载GPS系统获取，数据时区采用协调世界时（UTC）。
