To have a comprehensive molecular mechanism understanding of astaxanthin synthesis, transcriptome sequencing of microalgae culture process was conducted. The results are expected to further guide the in-depth optimization of the astaxanthin production process in H. pluvialis, and provide a new entry point to improve the astaxanthin productivity.为全面解析虾青素合成的分子机制，本研究对微藻培养过程开展了转录组测序（transcriptome sequencing）。所得研究结果有望进一步指导雨生红球藻（Haematococcus pluvialis，缩写H. pluvialis）虾青素生产工艺的深度优化，并为提升虾青素生产效率提供全新的研究切入点。
