This bioproject contains RNAseq data of Glucosamine inducible PfMORC knockdown transgenic in Plasmodium falciparum with 12 samples divided into two groups. The first group has 6 samples in 2 biological replicates with a total of 12 runs (3 PfMORC wild-type phenotypes and 3 PfMORC wild-type phenotypes treated with 100nM melatonin for 5 hours). The second group has 6 PfMORC knockdown samples in 2 biological replicates with a total of 12 runs (3 PfMORC knockdown and 3 PfMORC knockdown parasites treated with 100nM melatonin for 5 hours).

本BioProject数据集包含恶性疟原虫（Plasmodium falciparum）中经氨基葡萄糖（Glucosamine）诱导的PfMORC敲低转基因株的RNA测序（RNAseq）数据，共计12份样本，分为两组。
第一组包含6份样本，设置2次生物学重复，总计12次上机测序运行：其中3份为PfMORC野生型表型样本，剩余3份为经100nM褪黑素（melatonin）处理5小时的PfMORC野生型表型样本。
第二组包含6份PfMORC敲低样本，设置2次生物学重复，总计12次上机测序运行：其中3份为PfMORC敲低寄生虫样本，剩余3份为经100nM褪黑素处理5小时的PfMORC敲低寄生虫样本。
