Barbarea vulgaris (winter cress), genomic and transcriptomic data

This project collects the genomic and transcriptomic data generated for Barbarea vulgaris, common name winter cress, to facilitate genome assembly and annotation as part of the Darwin Tree of Life Project (https://www.darwintreeoflife.org/). The data under this project are made available subject to the Darwin Tree of Life Open Data Release Policy (https://www.darwintreeoflife.org/project-resources/).

本项目收集了为欧洲山芥（Barbarea vulgaris，俗称冬芹）生成的基因组与转录组数据，作为达尔文生命之树项目（Darwin Tree of Life Project，https://www.darwintreeoflife.org/）的组成部分，以推动该物种的基因组组装与注释工作。本项目产出的数据将遵照《达尔文生命之树开放数据发布政策》（https://www.darwintreeoflife.org/project-resources/）公开发布。
