Annotation file of the Rugalucina vietnamica genome

This is an annotation file of the Rugalucina vietnamica genome.The genome assembly was generated to provide a high-quality reference for whole-genome resequencing analyses aimed at investigating the population genetics of Rugalucina vietnamica from the Qiongzhou Strait, China. The availability of a complete reference genome will facilitate the identification of genetic variation and support studies of population structure and evolutionary history in this region. The specimen used for genome sequencing was collected from Beihai City, Guangxi Province, China.

本文件为越南皱壳蛤（Rugalucina vietnamica）基因组注释文件。本次构建的基因组组装序列，旨在为全基因组重测序分析提供高质量参考，以研究采自中国琼州海峡的越南皱壳蛤的群体遗传学特征。完整参考基因组的获取将助力该物种的遗传变异鉴定，并为其群体结构与进化历史相关研究提供有力支撑。本基因组测序所用标本采集自中国广西壮族自治区北海市。
