Clonal tracking and scRNAseq analysis of human breast PDTX models treated with chemotherapy

This dataset is related to the publication under consideration by Kronheim S et al. Chemotherapy alters the landscape of cellular clones in breast cancer xenografts. Uploaded are four Seurat objects containing count matrices and clone response metadata from scRNAseq, one file per human breast PDTX model: STG139, STG201, AB040 and IC07.本数据集关联Kronheim S等人待发表的研究论文，论文标题为《化疗重塑乳腺癌异种移植模型的细胞克隆分布格局》。 本次上传的文件包含四个Seurat对象，内含来自单细胞RNA测序（scRNAseq）的计数矩阵与克隆应答元数据，每个文件对应一款人源乳腺癌PDTX模型：STG139、STG201、AB040及IC07。
