Microsatellite-enriched library of Cynoglossus joyneri was sequenced. After the shotgun library preparation for next generation sequencing, we captured microsatellite-containing DNA fragments directly from the shotgun libraries using the commercially available kit.

针对焦氏舌鳎（Cynoglossus joyneri）的微卫星富集文库（Microsatellite-enriched library）进行了测序。在完成面向下一代测序的鸟枪法文库制备后，我们借助市售试剂盒直接从鸟枪法文库中捕获了含有微卫星的DNA片段。
