Experience and Enlightenment of Scientific Instrument R&D Project Management in Japan

Taking the "Development of Advanced Measurement and Analysis Systems" as the research object, this paper made an in-depth analysis on its introduction background, management structure, field distribution, fund investment and implementation effect by case analysis method, bibliometric method and social network analysis method.本文以‘先进测量与分析系统的发展’为研究对象，采用案例分析法（case analysis method）、文献计量法（bibliometric method）及社会网络分析法（social network analysis method），对其引进背景、管理架构、领域分布、资金投入与实施效果进行了深入剖析。
