Expression data from adipose tissue of 19 healthy obese individuals at three time-points during one-year weightloss intervention

To understand the temporal changes occurring in adipose tissue gene expression during a one-year weightloss intervention, adipose tissue biopsies were collected from 19 healthy obese individuals at three time points. We used microarrays to elucidate the gene expression changes occuring in adipose tissue during weightloss. Adipose tissue biopsies were collected from 19 obese healthy participants(Baseline (T0), fifth month (T1) and twelfth month (T2)) to understand the gene expression changes occurring in adipose tissue during weight loss.

为探明为期一年的减重干预过程中脂肪组织基因表达的时序变化，研究人员从19名健康肥胖受试者的三个时间点采集了脂肪组织活检样本。本研究采用微阵列（microarrays）技术，解析减重过程中脂肪组织的基因表达变化。本次研究从19名健康肥胖受试者处采集脂肪组织活检样本，采样时间点分别为基线期（T0）、干预第5个月（T1）及第12个月（T2），以明确减重过程中脂肪组织的基因表达变化。
