In this study, we screened the differentially expressed genes (DEGs) in dorsal root ganglion between paclitaxel and oxaliplatin induced peripheral neuropathic pain in rats. Overall design: Paclitaxel (2.0 mg/kg dissolved in DMSO and serially diluted in saline, Dalian Meilun Biology Technology Co. Ltd, China) and Oxaliplatin (2.4 mg/kg dissolved in 5.0% glucose solution, Dalian Meilun Biology Technology Co. Ltd., China) was injected intraperitoneally to induce peripheral neuropathic pain.
本研究筛选了大鼠紫杉醇(paclitaxel)与奥沙利铂(oxaliplatin)诱导的周围神经病理性疼痛模型背根神经节(dorsal root ganglion)中的差异表达基因(differentially expressed genes, DEGs)。
实验设计:将紫杉醇(2.0 mg/kg,溶于二甲基亚砜(DMSO)后经生理盐水梯度稀释,购自中国大连美仑生物技术有限公司(Dalian Meilun Biology Technology Co. Ltd))与奥沙利铂(2.4 mg/kg,溶于5.0%葡萄糖溶液,购自中国大连美仑生物技术有限公司(Dalian Meilun Biology Technology Co. Ltd.))通过腹腔注射给药,以诱导周围神经病理性疼痛模型。
