2024 Nanjing GemPharmatech 14 samples of OMM12 gnotobiotic mice feces 16SV3V4 amplicon sequencing raw data

The structure, composition and status of the gut microbiota are closely related to host health. Gnotobiotic mice, a model formed by colonising germ-free mice with specific strains of bacteria, plays an important role in the study of intestinal flora. In this study, 14 biological samples consisting of faeces from OMM12 gnotobiotic mice, were sequenced for 16SV3V4 region using the Illumina NovaSeq 6000 with PE250 sequencing pattern. This data is a pre-publication release.

肠道微生物群（gut microbiota）的结构、组成与状态与宿主健康密切相关。悉生小鼠（Gnotobiotic mice）是通过将特定细菌菌株定殖于无菌小鼠（germ-free mice）构建的动物模型，在肠道菌群研究中发挥着重要作用。本研究针对14份源自OMM12型悉生小鼠粪便的生物样本，采用Illumina NovaSeq 6000测序平台，以PE250测序模式对16S rRNA基因V3-V4可变区（16SV3V4）进行测序。本数据集为预发布版本。
