Twelve green tea (six Maofeng teas and six Maojian teas) from different geographical origins are used in our study, including Huangshan Maofeng (HSMF), Yandang Maofeng (YDMF), Lanxi Maofeng (LXMF), Qishan Maofeng (QSMF), Meitan Maofeng (MTMF), Xinyang Maojian (XYMJ), Guilin Maojian (GLMJ), Duyun Maojian (DYMJ), Guzhang Maojian (GZMJ), and Ziyang Maojian (ZYMJ). The data is acquired by a commercial E-nose (PEN3, Airsense Analytics GmbH, Germany), with 10 MOS sensors in our laboratory.
本研究选用12款产自不同地理区域的绿茶,其中包含6款毛峰茶与6款毛尖茶,具体包括黄山毛峰(HSMF)、雁荡毛峰(YDMF)、兰溪毛峰(LXMF)、齐山毛峰(QSMF)、湄潭毛峰(MTMF),以及信阳毛尖(XYMJ)、桂林毛尖(GLMJ)、都匀毛尖(DYMJ)、古丈毛尖(GZMJ)与紫阳毛尖(ZYMJ)。实验数据通过德国Airsense Analytics GmbH公司生产的商用电子鼻PEN3采集,本实验室所用的该设备搭载10个金属氧化物半导体(Metal Oxide Semiconductor,MOS)传感器。
