该数据集为研究SPE集电器耐阳极氧化和耐腐蚀溶解、导电性能优化的氮氧混合涂层。聚焦于研究高导电性、耐阳极氧化性、低成本的涂层,通过循环伏安线性扫描、电化学分析、SEM形貌分析、XPS分析、四探针法测接触电阻以及原子力显微镜,验证了制备涂层的耐腐蚀性、导电性和长时间稳定性。

This dataset is focused on nitrogen-oxygen mixed coatings developed to optimize the anode oxidation resistance, corrosion dissolution resistance and electrical conductivity of SPE current collectors. The study targets coatings with high electrical conductivity, superior anode oxidation resistance and low cost. Various characterization methods, including Cyclic Voltammetry (CV), Linear Sweep Voltammetry (LSV), electrochemical analysis, scanning electron microscopy (SEM) morphological analysis, X-ray Photoelectron Spectroscopy (XPS) analysis, four-probe contact resistance measurement, and Atomic Force Microscopy (AFM), were employed to validate the corrosion resistance, electrical conductivity and long-term stability of the as-prepared coatings.
